      Mazatlan homes for sale range from $20K for an inland fixer to $600k and up for oceanfront home. The marina area features many new homes that start in the mid $300’s and continue up to a million for waterfront. The newer developments are usually gated with fulltime security and a perimeter wall. If you are willing to go north past Emerald Bay you will find oceanfront communities with community beachfront for $300K to $400K. There are some beautiful view properties around Lookout Hill and Icebox Hill near Olas Altas and the Centro Historico district. If you like the classic architecture and old town charm, there are many homes to choose from in El Centro. You can also find fixers here and add your personal touches.
